  • All international orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our China branch through our trusted logistics partners.
  • WN Hub does not operate an automated checkout system; shipping arrangements are handled manually.
  • Customers may select their preferred courier when options are available.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are not calculated on the WN Hub website.
  • All shipping costs are computed directly by the logistics provider based on destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and service type.
  • The logistics provider will issue a separate invoice for shipping fees.
  • Shipments will only proceed once the logistics invoice has been fully settled by the customer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier performance, customs processing, and other external factors.
  • Any delivery estimates provided by WN Hub or the logistics provider are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Transit times may be extended due to peak seasons, customs inspections, or unforeseen events.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations

  • Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, restrictions, and documentation requirements.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • WN Hub is not liable for packages delayed, held, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities under any circumstances.

5. Courier Responsibility

  • Once a package is handed over to the logistics provider, the courier assumes full responsibility for transportation, handling, and delivery.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.
  • Any issues related to transit, delays, loss, damage, or misdelivery must be addressed directly with the courier.
  • WN Hub is not liable for courier delays, lost or damaged parcels, incorrect delivery, or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
  • The delivery address must be secure and accessible.
  • Any required customs documents or identification must be provided promptly.
  • Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or delivery issues for which WN Hub is not responsible.

7. Shipment Confirmation

  • A shipment is considered confirmed only after both the WN Hub invoice and the logistics provider’s shipping invoice have been fully paid.
  • WN Hub does not guarantee shipment dates until all payments are cleared.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

  • WN Hub may update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
